Our terms and conditions.

1. Booking

(a) Your booking is not considered definite and no contract will exist until we receive a non-refundable 50% deposit from you, and you agree to these terms and conditions.

(b) We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2. Payment

(a) The price is the exact amount to be received by us in UK Pound Sterling.

(b) Payment of the remaining balance relating to a bespoke retreat is normally required upon delivery within 30 days of the invoice being sent. In some cases the full payment amount is due on or before the first day of the retreat. This will be outlined in your agreement proposal.

(c) All deposits are non-refundable.

3. Your Health

(a) It is your responsibility to let our team know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must desist immediately.

(b) It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of breathwork, dance and yoga to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake some of our classes.

(c) Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions before you book. If you have health conditions that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats we reserve the right to advise you to desist and in the interests of your wellbeing, or others, we may decline your stay at our retreats.

(d) Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused through participant negligence.

(e) You are required to source your own travel and medical insurance in the case of cancellation or medial emergency. This includes any covid related instances.

4. Your Behaviour

Virtual Retreats:

(a) To secure the safety and security of each workshop, you agree to enable your video so everyone in the meeting can see your face throughout the entire virtual retreat.

(b) Please dress appropriately for sessions. Anyone appearing on camera who is not fully clothed or using sexualised imagery, will be removed immediately.

(c) Please be aware of your environment when accessing a session. You should be in a quiet, enclosed space where you cannot be overheard by others. If you live in a home where more than one person would like to attend a session, we suggest each person accesses the session individually. You may also prefer to wear headphones during the session if you lived in a shared space.

General:

(d) Please do not attend workshops if you are intoxicated from alcohol or drugs.

(e) You are required to hold strict confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the personal therapeutic work or identity of other participants in the group, and to refrain from disclosing information about another member outside of the group verbally, or through any written or electronic means including email, Facebook, twitter and any other public forums. This contributes to creating a safe place for participants to share.

(f) If you inform the facilitator(s) that you are planning to cause significant bodily harm to yourself or someone else, they will be required to intervene to make sure that you or the other individual is safe.

5. Cancellations

Individual Retreat Bookings:

(a) You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. If such cancellation is made within less than 14 days before the start of the virtual retreat, we may issue a credit note or partial refund and retain the deposit (50%) of the retreat. However, if another person can be found to take your place, then we may offer you a refund at our discretion.

(b) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat

Corporate and Bespoke Retreats:

(a) If you need to cancel your group booking for any reason, we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds. We will of course support you with trying to find another suitable date and may be able to issue you with a credit note for some of our services in some circumstances, however this is often down the discretion of the third-party suppliers. There may also be additional costs.

6. Amendments by us

Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g., teacher, workshop times or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time.

7. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat.

8. Our liability to you

(a) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

(b) We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.

(c) We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Classes are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

9. Group Bookings

Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals the booking is conditional on the person(s) paying having authorisation from all the individuals named on the booking form to enter into this contract. The terms of this contract will apply to each member of the group as though they had paid for their own retreat individually and directly to us.

10. Complaints

If you have a problem during your retreat, please inform the organiser immediately and he/she will endeavour to put things right. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the individual behaviour of any group member or other guest sharing your accommodation.
