Bespoke Company Off-sites UK and Team-Building Experiences
Reset. Regroup. Reconnect.
Are you a looking to bring your team or workforce back together once the coronavirus lockdown has been lifted? Our retreats reengage employees in a meaningful way and inspire a new way forward, for you and your business.
Ready for change?
The world as we know has changed. And with it, the working landscape massively shifted. There’s no doubt that it’s going to be hard work. But this will be a unique opportunity for us as employers and businesses to redefine how we engage with and protect our employees.
Why take action now?
The repercussions of the last year will appear in many forms; from low level productivity, to depression and even burnout. With global stress levels already at a record high pre C-19, it’s now more vital than ever for businesses to take an active role in building resilience across the organisation. Mental health and physical health have to become a key focus.
Reimagining your business.
How do we want to show up as a business and a brand post-Covid19? Have our values changed? What’s our strategy to move forward effectively and authentically?
These may be some of the important questions you need to answer. But before you do that, it might be necessary to pause, reflect and process recent events - together as a group, and as individuals.
Why a retreat?
Retreats are a purposeful change of pace, routine and environment. Aside from the business and strategy focused sessions we facilitate, these re-energising off-site experiences are designed to give employers and employees the necessary time and space, to pause, reflect, and re-focus on their own health and wellbeing - two key elements of building resilience.
We set you up for success.
This race we are about to embark on isn’t a sprint. It’s a marathon. And with a renewed company-wide emphasis on self-care, and better connections with colleagues, you’d be surprised how quickly productivity and creativity start to improve. With boosted energy, enthusiasm and moral, it’s also much easier to retain momentum and prevent burnout. Which in the long-term, is much better for the business’ bottom line.
We understand that building resilience is a complex and personal concept; the tools that work for one person may not be helpful to another. Our programmes are designed to demonstrate a variety of useful tools at our disposal, focusing on the key areas that have been consistent in practice and research published by leading mental health organisations.
1. Health and Wellbeing
2. Support Networks
3. Coping Strategies
1. Health and wellbeing.
Our five pillar holistic approach gives participants the powerful boost they need to either kick-start, re-ignite or continue on their personal wellness journey. We include everything from daily fitness classes, meditation sessions and balanced nutrition, to creative workshops, group activities and cultural experiences.
2. Physical Health
4. Mental Wellbeing
5. Support Networks
2. Creating support networks.
Connectedness underpins everything that we do. All our workshops, activities and classes play a part in helping to form new or tighter bonds amongst peer groups. We believe that getting to know yourself and your colleagues should be fun.
Having a network of support at work is frequently highlighted as one of the most important components, not only of wellbeing, but also of long term resilience.
3. Finding coping strategies.
Coping means prioritising, making healthy decisions and sometimes asking for help. We can learn skills to do deal with issues effectively and improve with practice.
- Recognising and expressing thoughts and emotions
- Creative and mindfulness exercises
- Breathing and de-stressing techniques
The tools and techniques we teach can be applied immediately to generate a measurable impact on health and happiness. We suggest partnering with one of our mental health specialists to incorporate therapeutic and educational elements throughout the retreat.
We also offer pre and post-retreat workshops and remote sessions to help align mindsets, improve integration and provide additional support.
